If you are seeing a spike in ConcurrentEditErrors for your title, review the "Upcoming Change: Player Concurrency Safeguards" post on News (the bell symbol in the top right button of the portal).

The instructions, also given in that news posted, below (to "reduce" the amount of errors):
You may disable this feature at your own risk if your implementation requires legacy behavior. To do so:

Sign in to https://developer.playfab.com.
Navigate to your title.
Go to Settings → API Features.
Enable the Disable legacy inventory lock for APIs setting.
Please note: Disabling this feature may increase the risk of data conflicts and inconsistencies in your inventory operations.
