Starting on August 28 around 19:30 UTC, multiple titles were impacted by errors when using the Data Explorer advanced feature. Titles experienced errors connecting to their databases and executing queries. These errors were caused by a recent code change. We resolved the issue by reverting the code change, which enabled connections and queries via Data Explorer advanced to work as expected. The Data Explorer basic feature was not impacted in this incident. The incident was resolved on August 29th at 18:37 UTC.
