A configuration error caused Login APIs to incorrectly return "EntityLineageBanned" errors.

Monitoring: 23:30 UTC

The configuration error was corrected, and Login API errors are dropping. There is a higher than normal rate of 5XX errors in other APIs due to a surge in retry traffic.

Resolved: 23:35 UTC

Login API behavior and API error rates have returned to normal.
