We're were experiencing a higher than normal level of API errors due to a degradation of one of our NAT Gateways. We have migrated the affected traffic off of the affected gateway and success levels are back above 99.99%. The Error rates went as high as 1% for a small portion of the 1 hour and 15 minute total impact time for a large subset of titles. We apologies for the inconvenience.

This also had an impact to Playstream causing delays of up to 13 minutes in updating player statistics and executing actions.
